Hi Peter, not sure if possible to change this,
If you set a global time delay say 1 sec is it possible this delay is only applied to the audio and not the video, in other words i would like to see the lyrics at an instant so i am prepared but only the audio is delayed, at the moment both are delayed and if you have imediate start you havent that 1 second to see information on screen which would be really helpful to see to prep for instant start.I really like the orange stop/start button in the delay mode this is great visual help.
Open Beta Version 3.5.0
Damir Go to edit lyrics select the button that gives you the reset lyrics, clear timecode, now hit cancel the page changes but the drop down window remains on screen, this is a bug.
I will fix this.

When this setting is active the action behind the play button is triggered after the delay. Scrolling will only update after the action is triggered.
Observation and suggestion
There is no quick way to tell what setting you are on , appart from examening your playlist and guessing the setting, a tick on the now in use setting is required so we know immediately what we are doing.
This is not a setting. It is an action that reorders your playlist and that's it.
Hi Peter I know I have raised this topic before but after using beta now for over a week I still feel that being able to get to the to the pdf editor should be easier. If say you are working with the iPad in the portrait mode with a pdf single page filling the screen (i.e. playlist hidden thus maximising view of pdf) in order to get to the pdf editor you have to 1) unhide playlist 2) find song on playlist 3) open song details 4) tap on pdf to open editor. Wouldn’t it be possible to have a shortcut somewhere on the pdf lyrics page to take you straight to editor? Perhaps there is already quicker way than the one I described? Many thanks.

New beta build 7500
I think this is the final beta version. Release 3.5 is so far stable and there are only minor bugs found. I will now finish updating the manual and once done, the final version will be released.
Thanks a lot for testing!
Added
- Mute now available as a assignable button command
Changed
- Full page scrolling of PDF files now takes PDF margins into account
- Autoscrolling in PDF documents will try to keep the horizontal position as selected by the user
Fixed
- Keyboard in duration field does not hide when pressing enter
- Reset menu in lyrics editor stays open when pressing Cancel button
DickyDutch Hi Peter I know I have raised this topic before but after using beta now for over a week I still feel that being able to get to the to the pdf editor should be easier.
I will think about this. Maybe a button like the crossfade button?
The button approach feels good. Will be available in the final version or maybe next beta if there are more bugs found in build 7500.
peter Thank you that looks perfect! After editing and saving the mark ups will the screen return back to where it was - the pdf lyrics view?
DickyDutch Yes, but it will scroll back to top.
If you play a standard stero backing track and select AUTO PLAY button then choose the NEXT song to be a LYRICS ONLY song with a TIME SETTING in place, when the stereo backing track finishes it does not obey the auto play request, it basically cues up the next song and stops.
It should choose the next song and auto play as requested.
This is not consistent behaviour.

Select a playlist, then choose the COLOUR option, change the colour of the playlist, you will notice the playlist name on top of screen does not immediately change to this new colour but will be correct if you EXIT playlist then ENTER it again, i know its a small find which hopefully means we dont have other major problems.
I really like the new PLAYLIST EDIT its now a lot more useful.

Play a stereo backing track and open SONG PROPERTIES as its playing you will notice if you make any changes like VOLUME, PITCH, SPEED etc, the impact is immediate, but the visual feedback in the interface does not change immediately unless you exit this window, it would be really great if this was immediate as well.If possible.
It seems like exiting SONG PROPERTIES actually executes the change to the screen yet it is an immediate command to the actual functions.

Observation and suggestion.
Damir yes i understand that but you have no idea what action is in use a tick on the action in use would help if its possible.
I don't think you understand. You perform an action and then it is done. A tick makes absolutely no sense. You can perform that action 5 times in a row if you like.

That was working in 3.4.10. Will fix that.

Don't think that is possible. Background elements refresh when they become active (meaning the edit window is closed). Will not try to fix.
Hello Peter I’d like to raise the subject of pdf page numbering. At the moment from the lyrics view there is no indication as to whether a pdf is single or multi page and if the latter, which page you are on. I find this important myself but get over it by putting page numbering on the pdf itself (e.g. page 2 of 6) - then I know where I am! However for some other users this may not be as simple. If say they are reading charts prepared by someone else containing no page info, this might be an issue to them. What do you think? I do know that apps like UnrealBook and Unrealbook mobile provide this paging information and if this feature is easy to implement I suggest STAGETRAXX follows suit. Many thanks for listening.

DickyDutch Sorry, can't do that as the app does not know where the text could be added to the document without overwriting something important. But that is exactly one of the uses for the annotation editor. If you miss page numbers, just scribble them into the PDF. Pro tip: Zoom into the document to add really small annotations.
Personally I really don't care for page numbers but I need bar numbers in the sheets. So that in rehearsals I can say for example: let's repeat from bar 32. So all my sheets contain bar numbers at the beginning of each staff.

Just pointing out , when loading songs, FROM ITUNES MUSIC LIBRARY, isnt that no longer itunes?or is it still something that some users can use on the new ST3?i thought itunes has gone forever available for ST2 users only.
Create Lyrics Only File, perhaps PDF should be included to guide those first time users that want pdf only use and need to know where to go without reading instructions.

Of course it is still possible although not recommended as it will degrade audio quality. This is explained in the manual.

PDF is not a song type. You can attach PDF documents to any existing song type and you don't need to decide whether a song should have a PDF or not when creating the song.
