Thanks Peter, I tried it again this morning, but still the same situation, at the shortened song, the time counter at right top corner counts down the difference between the total length and the modified time.
Here are the answers to your questions:
Length of song 03:31
Start time 00:00
Programmed end 03:20
Fade 5 seconds

Could it be that you edited the audio file outside of Stage Traxx and changed the length?

Ok Peter, I think I figured it out. All works as I would like, is when I take autoplay off and then it jumps to the next song and with my remote control I start the song.
All beginnings are difficult.

Hi Peter, it's me again. I tried Autoplay again. But it doesn't work very well, some songs are OK, but others, the music starts too early and the lyrics are already half way on the big screen. There are no modifications on start / stop or fade out / in.
I don't no why, but I would like t understand, in order to solve this problem.

Make sure you are running 3.4.3. Version 3.4.0 had indeed a bug that would lead to your problems.

I have checked my version, it is 3.4.3 (703)
I have tried it again, and it is still the same. I let the songs finish completely by themselves.

S, I think the only usable solution is to not use autoplay and start next song with remote control.
It's a pity.

I don‘t see this problem with my songs. Maybe I will see it with your songs.

Ok Peter, I checked, and the problem is between the same songs no 3 and 4 on play list Piano-bar. The music starts to early on no. 4 and the blue bar at the top is already far further and the lyrics are too far down.
However, if I start with song 3 and take as next song no 5 it works well.
There are no time or fade modifications.
So do I send you the "Database only back up" or the "Full backup" to support@stagetraxx.com?

So I guess it has something to do with the settings for song 4. Please send me the database only backup and the audio file for song 4. Take your time I am on vacation this week and can look at this next week.

Because someone else did have a similar problem with trimmed songs. Please try this:

Go to Settings -> Fade Settings and Set a set a crossfade length of 0.1 or 0.2 seconds.

Thanks Peter, I did a refresh song list and the song Wonderfull live works well, however I found several other song producing the same problem, on playlist Pianobar Saving all my love and City of stars.
I also tried your latest suggestion: set in and out fade at 0.1 seconds. This seems to do the trick.
In order to be sure, I have to do this on all the songs?

Hi, your suggestion does not wrk all the time, I have also noticed that when there is a problem the stop and go button turns orange.
So for the time being I won't use Autoplay.

When the buttons turn yellow that means that a fade out is in progress. You can abort the fade out by pressing the button again. This will immediately stop playback.

Ok, I think I got it working alright, I adjusted, as you mentioned, the cross fading in fade settings to 0.1 sec.
My mistake was, I adjusted each song 0.1 at fading in and fading out and that did not work.

Hi Peter, back from your vacation? and did you have a good time?
I'm sorry to say that your solution does not work for 100%. I still have a lot of problems with autorun, some songs don't start at all and some other start with the lyrics somewhere. So hopefully you'll find a solution.
I the mean time I won't use autorun, too risky.

I have just released update 3.4.4 please try that and see if it fixes your problems.

Thanks Peter, I just checked but my version is already 3.4.4, but unfortunately there are still problems with autorun. It changed over to the next song the music started ok, but lyrics were already at the last verse, together with the blue line at top of screen.
Fade in and out are set at 0.1 sec.

No, you should not set Fade in and Fade Out to 0.1 but in the Settings tab on the Fade Settings page the "Crossfade" setting to 0.1. But this should no longer be needed with version 3.4.4.

Does it always happen with the same songs? Is the song where transition from truncated?
