MarkGuitar The UI scales with your accessibility settings in iOS. But I guess that does not work well with the mixer. I will have to disable accessibility scaling in the mixer. The next update will ignore accessibility settings.
Damir I think a simpler way to create tracks and load audio files in to a track would be better. Example you simply choose how many tracks you need they pop up as you enter the mixer where the TRACK 1 buttons are you click on that area to load your files , everything is simple and fast and on the mixer interface.
You can add all multitrack files for a song in one go. The file selector allows multiple selections. For each file, ST4 creates a new track.
MusicMan81 I think, the panning, and EQ in each tracks is too much, donāt get me wrong, is a great feature to have, but we all need to put the work in our daws to eq, pan, and get everything gig ready for all audio tracks before importing them to ST4, that would allow the mixer to look less busy? And also it might improve the stability of the app by having less things?
If not engaged, the EQ uses up no processing at all. It is disabled. So no harm in having it available should you need it.
MusicMan81 If you are interested Peter, I can make a video of the app that I mentioned and do a quick explanation on how they implement the āMidi cues and Midi Mappingā of the app
Sure, I'm glad for input. I already have an idea for a midi editor a bit like the audio region editor with a waveform view where you can place (and move) midi commands on. But this is for later in the version 4 life cycle.
Mattjohnson Maybe this is different on iOS/iPad os but on Mac when I open up the "mixer" view the assessable buttons don't show up would there be a way to have them still be displayed when doing that?
Please wait for the Mac version to be released. You are currently running a native iOS app on Mac. While this might work, I do not support this mode of operation as there will be a seperate Mac build released once the iOS quircks are sorted out.
But what do you mean by "assessable buttons don't show up"?
MarkGuitar When using text lyrics (not PDF), switching between songs makes the lyrics display jump to the last page of text, not go to the start. Seems to do the right thing with PDFs.
Is this still happening in build 1775? I had hoped that build fixed it.
