Is there any way a user can delete of rename a filter? If not do you thing this might be a useful feature that you could add easily?

I love love love the Auto-hide Songlist and highlighted lyrics to the top features. I haven't gigged with it yet but it seems very stable indeed. The only oddity that I've found is that the "Insert Timecode" button sometimes does not detect that I touched it. It took several tries for it to input the timecode at one particular section of a song. A minor annoyance but maybe that button should be bigger. Other than that, I've had an excellent experience so far!

Peter can you please check this out when NOT using the advanced queue mode and are working with playlists. Say you have finished using the current playlist and want to select another one. If you go to playlists, NOT using the <playlists icon at the top left of screen but instead close the lyrics view and tap on the playlists icon right at bottom of screen, this is what happens as follows. Select and open the playlist you want. Then choose a song and press play and you will see that the playlist displayed is not the right one but the one used previously. Can you reproduce this problem?
DickyDutch Yes I can reproduce this. I will have a look at this.
SoloGuy The button seems to work fine for me. The only change there was to make the position slider bigger and that should have no effect on the button. I can't increase the size of the button as that would decrease the visible lyrics area which is already smaller than I would like.

AUTOPLAY on/off is not Recognized
I have my break music in playlists for 15-20 minutes. These playlists are set to autoplay On. When it’s time for a break I choose one of these lists and add to Top of Queue. When last break song plays the player does not stop even though remaining songs in queue were added with AUTOPLAY Off.
When changing sort view to Artist we loose the “ a b c d ....” at end of line to allow quickly finding specific artist.

That's intended. If the queue has autoplay off and you add a playlist to the queue, the autoplay setting of the queue will not change. If you want to use the playlists autoplay setting, you need to replace the queue with the playlist contents.

Yes, that's not possible, as the index on the right hand side has to correspond to the sections in the table. When you sort by Artist, you can have multiple artists starting with the same letter. It is simply not possible to display the index for this type of ordering.

spent an interesting night bringing myself up to speed with the new version which is excellent as I guessed it would be.
However, can i make a request please? The midi start stop addition is great and appreciated but would still entail me physically amending the lyrics of some 1400 songs on my list if I wanted a default action when a song is put into play or stop mode.
is it possible to have in the setup menu midi section two text fields, one for when a song (any song) goes into start mode, the other when a song goes into stop mode wher your standard midi commands could be entered? These would be sent out before/after the songs own commands (or at any point where the song is paused). If the fields were blank (or had any none valid midi commands in) then nothing would be sent.
personally use midi to switch a reverb on and lights to a default pattern at the start of each song and reverb off and lights to a fixed pattern after a song has played. this would save having to enter a midi string at the start of each individual songs lyrics. It would also mean that those users less well versed in midi would only need to consider (and learn) once.

on ST2 tracks were marked as played (ST3 equivalence of adding to history) after approx 50% of the song was played. In ST3 it only happens at the very end of the song.
I have several songs with long lead outs which I will sometimes stop just before the end. This means that they do not register as having been played (purple colour) nor added to history. As I use the history list to report back for performing rights it means these songs are not reported unless I remember them.
any chance of getting it to register to the history list after the 50% point again? Or even (yet another) switch in the set up to choose between 50% played or end?
