When you buy the Stage Traxx App to use on an Ipad, how do you transfer / PLAY the backing track from the ipad onto a mixer then through your PA so that you can sing along?. Also, is there any delay at all?.

Lishy If the ipad needs to be plugged in while singing I'm guessing that's by bluetooth then?. if not, what wired connection can you get from an ipad that has a jackplug at the other end to plug into a mixer?.
Also, does anyone know how to get backing tracks from your main PC into/onto the ipad to be used in the Stage Traxx 3 app please?. davey.
Lishy Is it from headphone connection to mixer jack????
It is possible to power your iPad and connect usb gear at the same time. For example with the lightning to USB3 adapter from Apple.
Transferring songs can be done via iTunes filesharing, cloud hosting like iCloud Drive or Dropbox or even iOS compatible usb stickst.
@DaveyCann it sounds like you are coming in to this from a very blank slate. I'd suggest watching Scott Uhl's videos to help answer a LOT of the questions you have both now, and will have in the future. Many of us have found them great for getting a solid grounding in both using an iPad for backing track playback AND using Stage Traxx.

Peters youtube channel is a good place to start, as is Scott’s.
I plug a standard usb c hub in to my pad, it gives charge, and allows you to import songs to st3 off a memory stick. Save faffing about with iTunes or cloud.
