Hi Peter. I purchased the full version of Stage Traxx 3 two days ago from the Apple App Store on my Ipad, and have been working with it since then. (I have now loaded 36 songs onto Ipad proving that I have been working with the full version)
However, several times when I have attempted to open the app I have received the following message...

Unable to verify App.
A connection to the App Store is required for the first launch of Stage Traxx 3 on this Ipad.
Please connect to the internet and try again.

Each time I have received this message, I have tried to open the App 1 or more times again and it has finally opened.
However, this evening it is simply repeating the message over and over.

Are you able to provide any guidance with this please?

I connected to internet and opened the App successfully.
Then turned off wifi on my Ipad, shut down, restarted, and the app opened successfully.
However, as this has happened several times previously it is still of concern.
I will be using the app professionally, and there may not always be internet available.

None of the suggestions in the link you shared are working.

If I delete Stage Traxx 3 from the device and try downloading again, will I have to purchase it again?

I have formatted lyrics of about 60 songs so far. If I uninstall, and reinstall the App will I have lost that formatting?
If so, is it possible to store those files, and how/where do I access them?

Firstly try restoring purchases
This is done by going to
1.Settings
2.Scroll to near the bottom
3.Click App Purchases

4.Restore Purchases

If it says unlocked and a ✔️
That should be all you need

If you want to try creating a backup and deleting and reinstalling the app try the following:

1.Go to settings
2.Create Full Backup

3.Save to Desktop or your preferred location
Then if you want to try deleting and reinstalling the app you can

To restore you back up

1.Settings
2.Restore Backup

3.Select your backup file from where you saved it (Desktop etc)
4.Press Yes on the pop up alert to restore

    Excellent explanation by jaytrax. Thanks! Only thing to add: do not store the backup file in the Stage Traxx 3 folder if you want to reinstall the app as that folder will be deleted when you delete the app.

    I had to do a factory reset on my device and then reinstall Stage Trax.
    Finally no more issues!

    My Mac refuses to show full paid version. Restoring purchases does nothing.

    Oh dear... Issue has returned. I have tried every suggestion posted.
    Also uninstalled app and re-installed.
    Finally did a factory reset on my ipad and reinstalled the app.

    All to no avail... the issue still remains.

    Am so disappointed as this app would have been perfect for me!!

    Would welcome any further suggestions from anyone.

    I'm sorry you have this issue. What iOS version are you running and on what hardware?

    There is no way to install Stage Traxx without the App Store. This is a very strict rule by Apple. There might be a away in about a year as Apple has to comply with EU regulations and allow third party App Stores. But from what I heard this will be limited to users from the EU.

    You are not using the latest iOS15 version. Please update to 15.7.5.

      peter Hi Peter, have now updated. Unfortunately the issue still exists.
      Several times previously, after having done factory reset etc, and also this time after updating iOS, the issue resolves for perhaps a day or two, but then returns.
