Hi Peter, I think timecode entering can be significantly improved by a slight logic change.
At the moment if you hit timecode entry on the beat you end up with lyrics that move after the entry meaning you want to use the lyrics but they are moving , this is very distracting, my work around that is to hit timecode just before the beat, it works once you get use to it and creates a pleasant move of lyrics between lines.
My suggestion is, to allow the user to make timecode entry to be on the actual beat, make the move of lyrics before the timecode entry not after so the end result is you are entering time code on the beat but the move happens before that time so by the time you need the lyrics they have already moved so you have a stable line not a moving line when needed, my other suggestion this pre empt time to be adjustable in time so we can increase it or reduce it so you can either have an instant cut on the beat or a smoother movement between lines but this all happens before the timecode entry not after.
This could be a slider setting in playback settings called Line Transition time and adjustable from 0 to 2 seconds so users can tweak it to suit their liking.
This then would eliminate guess entering timecode so it works on stage.
At the moment it does not work if you enter timecode in time.
