Transfer from older iPad to newer one!

Hi Peter, sorry to hear the bad news. I must say the way the app has so far been developed is actually perfect for me and a lot of people. My question,
As I copied all my lyrics into the app and cleaned and set the keys of songs in the app, I wanted to move everything to a new iPad. I saw an enquiry last year about this and you said to make a back up of the playlist and then upload it to Dropbox.
I spent some hours on this and I can’t find a way to do this😭😭

Hi …I have looked at my question but the answer doesn’t match up ?
I need to swop my st3 to another iPad but when i try to follow previous answer’s it doesn’t work ?
Peter… You say settings….dialogue….manage backups. I don’t have that ! I have restore backup ?

Hi Titch,

open the settings dialog, select manage backups and tap on + to create a backup. To upload it to Dropbox, just slide it to the left and select Share.

Instead of Dropbox you could also use iTunes Filesharing to transfer that file to your computer if you struggle with Dropbox.

Regarding the bad news: I have started working on version 3 again in July and work is currently progressing nicely. I don't want to make any preliminary announcements, but maybe I can continue working on Stage Traxx 🙂
