Good morning Peter, I come to you for help. I explain, I use Stage Traxx for singing together with another singer, I use blue as lyrics colour and she uses red and when we sing together I use yellow. Before, the colours did not change when the lyrics can in use, but now they change to yellow, so there is no more indication who should sing.
I hope I made myself clear.
Would it be possible to go back to the old system?

Ok and thanks Peter, but it is not as it used to be. I have another question for you, is it possible to lock playlists, this would protect against moving songs or removing them by error?

No, playlists can not be locked.

You could disable drag and drop sorting in Settings. Then you would need to enable Edit mode to change playlist order. No more chance to accidently change song order.

Thanks Peter, I have run into a new difficulty, when setting up my "Assingn actions" with my "Airturn" all goes well.except when I use up or down action. When I activate the up button it doesn't except it, instead it moves 1 line up, the same with the down button.
I hope I made myself clear.

Is this a Stage Traxx issue or is it Airturn related?

Sorry I don‘t really understand what you mean. Which action are you referring to? And what would you expect it to do?

Hi Peter,
I knew it was not easy to explain,. I'll try again:
I would like to increase and decrease sound, using Airtuturn DIGIT III, so I go to designed action, I select increase sound and I'm asked to press key on remote device, I press the button with the up sign. And now I'll explain what happens, it moves 1 line up, and the learning sign is still there. So, the action I require is not accepted. The same thing happens to decrease sound.
In short the up or down buttons on Airturn DIGIT III are not accepted.

All other buttons work fine.

I hope my second explication is understandable.

Ah ok, try another operating mode on the digit. Seems like you are using a mode that is not supported by Stage Traxx.

peter it’s easy to change modes accidentally, I have been caught by this and now have to be careful when pushing buttons.

Thanks, I tried it on other items, but still the same result, the line moves up but no action is accepted. Before it used to work well, so something changed.

Thanks Peter, but this is not the case. The Up and Down buttons from my AirTurn DIGIT III are not accepted. I tried now several times with always the same result, the buttons up and down move the lines up or down and the text "Learning" stays visible.
For the volume, it is not too important, but I also use it with the rock band and there I have to scroll half a page down or up. And that is vital.
As I said before, all worked perfect before, so why doesn't it function now.
Please I need your help.

Can you post a screenshot of your Airturn settings in Stage Traxx?

Thanks Peter, but for the moment all function on Airturn are switched off.

I was unable to add a screenshot, but I'll show you the settings:
Port 1 increase volume
Port 2 Open / close Song list
Port 3 Decrease volume
Port 4 Previous song
Port 5 Stop / start Playback
Port 6 Next song

But even with these settings the problem was the same.

On Assign Actions the settings are as follows
Start/Stop Playback : Enter Key
Next song : b Key
Previous song : Right Arrow Key
Open:Close Song List : Left Arrow Key
And as I said before, I can't enter
Increase Volume
Decrease Volume

Maybe the problem is that you used both the Airturn assignments and the assignments in the Assign Actions page. Don‘t mix them. Either assign actions in the Airturn dialog or in Assign Actions. But don‘t do it in both.

Thanks Peter, that's exactly what I did, so no actions on Airturn set up, but still it is impossible to enter the Up or down button.
So where is the problem and what can be done to fix it.
Were you able to reproduce my problem?

I don‘t have a digit so I can not reproduce the issue. If you already tried the different operating modes on the digit and none works, then I am out of ideas. Sorry.
