Scroll speed and volume not saving with each track

Hi guys. I love the app and it would be nearly perfect if somehow it could remember the scroll speed and volume level for your individual tracks. Cheers

Actually it does remember both on a per track basis. Can you explain how to reproduce the problem?

peter hi Peter. That's strange. It's definitely not working for me. I play a track, adjust scroll speed and volume to suit and then if i go back to that song after playing another one, it has not remembered my settings. I'm using an iPad 2 and the latest ios version. One other issue i Have is if i move the scrolling up or down to see lyrics, it doesn't stay at that spot. The lyrics reposition themselves to the same spot as when i first touched the screen. Have i missed something?

Hm, sounds like the settings can not be stored to the database. Make sure you have some space left on your iPad.

You can either scroll the screen manually or by automatic scrolling. If you enable automatic scrolling and change the position manually it will revert to the position that is computed by the automatic scrolling algorithm immediately when you remove your finger.

peter Thanks Peter. definitely no memory issue... plenty of that on the iPad. I will try and re-install the app and see if that makes any difference. In regards to automatic scrolling reverting back to the position that is computed by the program, sometimes, the lyrics flow quicker or slower through a particular song and sometimes you need to advance it so that it catches up to the song. It would be great if this could be written into the program, BTW... I use this program whilst playing acoustic guitar and singing so the manual scroll function is not really ideal for me. Anyhow... I can work around it... just need to fix the scroll speed and volume issue. I'll let you know how I go.

For automatic scrolling with variable speed, you can use the timecode functionality. You don't need to set a timecode for each lyrics line. Just mark the beginning of each song part with a timecode and there will be no further need to manually correct the scrolling position.
