Can someone please tell me how to upgrade to version 3.2.4 without losing all of my damn work?

I have upgraded shown on the log I sent you but I’m still crashing on startup?

    If I uninstall and reinstall would I lose all of my data or does the app have an automatic backup system?

      I have the same problem, have the older version, songs have now come up as missing in Red, can’t update even with the app updates. I’ve downloaded the new version 3, can you tell me how to import the music into the new version or update the older one. If I’ve to make full payment, I’m happy with that, just can’t bear the thought of losing everything I’ve worked on for years, please.

        Yes, you will lose data if you did not creat a backup in Stage Traxx and stored it somewhere safe.

              Saxappeal I sent you an email but to keep this thread up to date:

              The crash is related to the audio file scheduled for playback. This file seems to have an invalid file length or some kind of corruption that leads to an invalid file length.

              Open the Files app, and rename the file that Stage Traxx tries to load (you should see the name briefly before the crash) so that Stage Traxx can no longer load it. That will get rid of the crash.

                I cannot see the he file which is causing the problem. This is getting boring!

                I feel like uninstalling and reinstall. If I have to load everything then so be it but I’m not happy

                ok that's right , I mentioned that there is an upgrade before the end of September it's €9.99

                That was September 2019.
