Region Editor Playhead Issue

Using the region editor I am unable to move the playhead back past a certain point.

This is likely to be a MacOS specific issue as the forums would've melted in minutes had it occurred on iOS 🙂

I see now this is because I have the start of the song set to that point. Seems like it should show a visual indicator, but I understand the behavior.

You are right, the editor either needs to ignore the start and end times or show them visually. ST3 ignored those times. So I guess ST4 should do the same.

I have decided to make the trimmed start and end visible in all views showing song progress and to adjust the region editor to heed the start and end times for a song. It does not make sense to ignore them in the region editor as this would allow creation of regions, that would not play until the end or from the start if reaching into the trimmed areas of a song.
