I'm not sure when this behaviour changed, or if done intentionally, so just a quick question on 'expected behaviour' before I type up a more extensive bug/feature req post if requested.
I suspect this behaviour change came as a result of discussions around the Mixer opening and using full width of the screen.
If you have the Song List/Playlist/Queue open in the sidebar, and then open the Mixer, it collapses the sidebar. Not ideal (I would prefer original behaviour of the sidebar not being impacted by the Mixer), but I can understand the screen real-estate constraints.
What I would've expected, is than on closing the Mixer, the sidebar is restored. I.e. we are returning to the exact same state as before the Mixer was opened.
Is this intended behaviour?
Or unintended consequence of implementing full width mixer?
Repro:
- On main screen, open Song List or Playlist or Queue in sidebar
- Open mixer - this closes the sidebar so that the Mixer can open full screen width
- Close Mixer - the mixer closes and you are left at a full screen lyric page
If you wanted to be returned to the exact same state as before you opened the mixer, you have to manually re-open the sidebar to which List you had open.
