Displaying Milliseconds

Is there an easy way to see the precise millisecond of your track? I am trying to make some patch changes based on the timing of my track, and the instructions talk about milliseconds, but I can't find a way to display the milliseconds. The best I have been able to do is to go to the "Edit Audio Regions" area and estimate how far between the seconds the playhead is located. To be honest, this is probably good enough, but the instructions talk about providing midi instructions down to the millisecond, and I'm wondering how to find the correct millisecond.

I'm not sure if there is, but will defer to others as I never approach adding MIDI events this way.

I always calculate the MIDI event timing outside of ST (in my case, they are sitting in my DAW alongside MIDI and Audio tracks) so I know, down to the ms, the timing of the MIDI events. From there I copy & paste them into the lyric sheet.

No, that's not available. I guess it would also be quite hard to read milliseconds in realtime. Why not use the midi learn function and just trigger the midi event at the exact time during playback? That should be much easier to do.
