How to adjust reverb on a single channel with MR18/XR18 mixers ?

Anyone know if it's possible to adjust the fader on a specific channel that sends signal to FX1 on the MR18 via midi? I've been able to successfully adjust the FX1 Master Send Fader just fine using embedded midi in Stagetraxx 3 lyrics. That command is [midi: CC27@1]. The problem with that command is that adjusts the reverb for all channels sending signal to FX1. I can't figure out what the CC number would be to adjust the FX1 fader for a specific channel, such as channel 3?

Alternatively, do people have a way to automate effects such as delay and midi that change in the middle of songs? I know I could use a snapshot on the MR18 mixers to change effects at the beginning of the song, but I'm looking to automate things like delay during particular sections of a song.

jabyrne I think that mixer is compatible with the mixing station app and you should be able to achieve it with that.

I don't think you can control channel details like send levels via midi. That requires OSC.

If it can be contolled via OSC (as Peter mentioned above) AND if there is a tool to convert OSC to SYSEX for the Mackie's (such a tool exists for the Behringer X32/WING mixers) then your other option would be to work out the SYSEX command equivalents, and then use a 3rd party app (e.g. midiflow on iPad) to perform MIDI command remapping, and create a bunch of MIDI commands (e.g. CC changes) that you use in ST, and the app remaps to the prescribed SYSEX command.

Convoluted and time consuming. But it can work.

ST4 will support SYSEX so the effort still has value, and becomes a little easier, in the future.

Yes, with ST4 you will be able to send Sysex. Until then using Mixing Station as @Lishy proposed might be a good workaround.
