Feature request -Song view

I quite new to ST3 and enjoying it. I have previously been using Setlist Helper and the Song catalogue view looks more like a spreadsheet. I can see (and select any of) 30 ish songs without scrolling. this is the same in the setlist view. I can also sort songs by name/ artist/key/ other categories with 1 tap and find that very useful. In ST3 I can only see -15 songs - seems like a waste of screen real estate. It would be great to be able to select a number of songs in the songs view to create a new play list/ setlist. In the playlist view, adding songs only uses the middle of the screen so more scrolling required.
I do tend to do most of the hard lifting on my mac and use my iPad for playing.

6stringsjohn you can adjust the size of the list font in settings>user interface>list font size modifier.
You can also sort by name and artist at the top of the song list.

6stringsjohn perhaps there would be a benefit to have seperate view adjustments.
So when in performing view you can have a larger song list view so you can easily see the list at a distance while performing but have a much smaller view setting when in song edit mode since you are closer to the iPad or a large computer screen.

Thank you for your replies. Whilst I see you can adjust the text size, my eyes probably wouldn't cope with that- the curse of age!
This is what I have been used to with SH:

As you can see, a lot of info/ features available without needing sub menus etc, and of course there is not a big hole in the middle of the screen with nothing on it. I can understand that this might not be useful on stage, but when putting a library (or setlist) of music together, I find it very useful.

I could imagine such a view when you add songs to a playlist. But not in the regular views. The focus must remain on clear readability in live situations.

I'm only a few days into ST3 and moving -270 songs, so it's taking a while. I agree about not compromising the live situation. Could a sheet view not collapse down to the song title column when you press play?

Sorry, I don't like that approach. The table in your screenshot looks like excel. I would not like to work with something like that during a gig. No matter if playback is running or not.

I totally agree with you, but I believe he doesn't mean during a gig , he would like to have all this capability in the prep mode/SONG MODE,
So everything is displayed logically in the one screen with all necessary functions so you can easily do whatever you need in the one place to maintain your library and prep your playlists , using up all the middle of the screen space for a useful purpose, especially on a MAC computer where there’s a hell of a lot of waisted screen space.

SH uses a web interface so yes, probably Excel. Not sure if something using numbers/ another database s/w would be possible.
In my mind there are 3 parts to this applications -1. prep -getting info into the application 2. arrangement and 3 running live. i would tend to run a gig using a setlist and would only access the full library if I was going to add another song into a gig.
