Connection to audio interface

I tried my iPad (Stage Traxx 3.8) to my audio interface (UMC404HD) via a lightning to USB B, but it does not work.
It says that it needs more power 😢

That's normal. Most interfaces draw too much power for the lightning port. You need to put a powered usb hub between iPad and audio interface.
