Charged Second Time for Additional Device

I have ST3 loaded on my iPad. Wanted an instance on my iPhone so followed the instructions. (Same apple ID on both devices.) Restore purchased on iPhone didn't work so redid the purchase per instructions below.

"Make sure you use the same AppleID on both devices. If that is the case and the Restore does still not work, just redo the purchase. You will not get billed a second time as it is not possible to purchase the "Unlock Full Version" item twice."

But I was billed a second time as confirmed on my credit card account. How can I recoup the second charge?

bdbriggs909 Just call apple support and explain the situation.

Like Damir said. If Apple charged your credit card, you have received an invoice via email. On that invoice is a "Report problem" link. Use that to get a refund.
