I have one of these devices, which works out of the box on my iPad with OnSong. I have been migrating my setup to Stage Traax 3 and cannot connect either as an Airturn or a Midi Device.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply Lishy. Yes, I paired the unit to the iPad Pro, then tried to set it up in Stage Traax as a) Airturn device (and keyboard), and then b) as a Bluetooth Midi. Neither recognised the JOYO. I then unpaired the Joyo and tried again in Stage Traax. Still the pairing light flashes green and there is no recognition on Stage Traax.
I am about to send it back for a refund, but I thought I would try here first. There is nothing on the ST forum that I can see, and the Joyo documentation assumes working out of the box (which it does with OnSong)
From looking at the pictures that device will only work as a Airturn keyboard device. Try the different key commands it sends. One of those should work.
What iOS version are you running? I recently did an iOS update on my iPad Pro to 18.0.one and now my iPad recognizes nothing other than my charger.
