iPad 10th Generation

I just bought a new 10th generation iPad and restored my backup. All good but now realise there is no headphone jack. Dah! Have to buy the adapter. Question is I see that the new iPad sends audio via Bluetooth. Do you think down the track a Bluetooth feature will be added to the Audio routing setting? I am using a digital mixer.

ventman Just a word of advice. I tried several Bluetooth devises, they all ended up having drop-outs while out gigging. Embarrassing to say the least. I ended up with a cabled, good quality USB-C to 3,5mm adapter. I have a brand called Linocell. It is much more robust than apple's own, which also works fine btw.

When you connect your iPad to the bluetooth destination it will automatically switch all audio to it. There is nothing to setup. Only if you want to switch between different bluetooth devices. Then see here: https://www.iphonelife.com/content/how-to-switch-bluetooth-devices-control-center-ios-11
