Hi folks

I currently have a brand new iPad with ST3 which sends messages to my HX Stomp via a WIDI Master bluetooth device flawlessly

I'd like to be able to use my new Boss ME90 guitar effects in the same way however it only has a USB C port

When I use my Mac book loaded with ST3 with a hard wired USB C cable in to my Boss ME 90, the patch changes work perfectly however I can't get my iPad to send messages in the same way when the USB C cable is connected

I wondered if anyone knows if :-
1) Is there a setting within my iPad I need to adjust?
2) Is there a bluetooth device I can attach to my Boss ME 90 USB C port to receive midi from my iPad

Any ideas would be much appreciated

Thank you

    Lishy
Thank you, I use the WIDI Master for my HX Stomp and came across the Uhost the other day, thought it might work, was seeking confirmation before buying one

Have you actually tried it? or do you know someone who has?

    Thanks

Stockbriggs not on that particular device but I don’t see any reason why it shouldn’t.

Boss claims that the ME 90 is iOS compatible. It should work out of the box.

All sorted, bought a bluetooth adapter for the Boss ME90, works perfectly with all MIDI commands

I was originally told at the music store that the Boss adapter wouldn't work ! Shouldn't have listened to them !!

      Thanks for your input guys

Stockbriggs Interested to see how you are getting this to work, I can't get the patches to change on the ME-90 from ST3. Do you have any examples you could post please?

        Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Never mind - managed to find some basic syntax (I'm a virtual Midi newbie!) for the commands and it's working perfectly.
