I primarily edit all of my lyrics for tracks, to include chords and MIDI commands, using MacOS (Sonoma 14.5). This has been evident in earlier versions as well. If I need to duplicate a track, I'd like to be able to use the Find & Replace tool in the lyrics editor to change each chord throughout the song. I don't want to key some command to change everything like "+2 semitones" sort of thing. I know there is a Transpose Chords feature where I can upload the revised backing track and create an alternate version of the song and then use the Transpose Chords feature I suppose, but Find & Replace seems like a basic editor function. Am I missing something? I don't want to change the pitch of the backing track in original key since I remix each manually and upload them to edit.
In the example below, let's say I want to start changing everyewhere there is a [C] to be [D] sort of thing. I have to manually change them all or copy/paste/edit/copy/paste from an external editor. Does that make sense?
