Hi Peter…I tried sending you a support email but pop up message says I’m not configured to sending email via stagetraxx3 app…I have done something again which has turned most of my playlists Red again,,,I’ve tried to action what you suggested last time, go into settings and restore files but it hasn’t worked? I’d be so very grateful if you can help again,,,I’ve been syncing with iCloud but I know I should do manual back up to file on my iPad ( this is the only apple device I have ) I use an android phone ,,,but I’m not particularly technical so don’t really know how to create manual back up
