Hello all. When Iimport a txt file with the song words and the chords in the correct position once I zoom in the chords move to different places. Is there a way to correct this please?

Yes, you need to place the chords in brackets just before the word you want them to be. ST3 will then extract the chords and always place them above the word they precede.

Ah I see, when zooming in and out it seems that I need to recalculate the number of whitespaces needed to position the chords correctly. I will try to fix this.

In the meantime you can activate the Fixed Width Font in the settings. With this font, the chord position will always stay correct.

peter no disrespect, but how long do we still have to wait? I know it’s a lot of work to implement all the stuff you want to do, and it takes time, but for those that need certain functionality now, I would encourage to keep looking for ways to get things accomplished, until that glorious day when ST4 is released. I am certainly looking forward to the day!

Zoomed in the chords move to different words

I see, the problem is that at one point your lines no longer fit into the screen and a new line break is introduced. This is something I can't fix in code so you need to make sure that your lyrics fit into a single line in your desired font size.
