ST3 frozen during auto play set

Hello, after 6 months of use, last night at a gig, ST3 froze mid set. I’m on version 3.8.10 (8924) and was 12 songs in on a 26 song set. No apparent reason, I couldn’t get out of the app and had to force an iPad restart. It was fine after that. I’m nervous it may happen again. On IOS 17.2 with 18gig of storage free .

How is your iPad connected to your PA system? Might be related to that connection.

did the same to me a few weeks ago froze on the lyrics page .twice ,only way to get it going was reboot the ipad .did talk to peter about it .but couldn't find out why, only started after the last OS update .got to be a bug somewhere, but its not happened since

USB C to the mixer from headphone out , using 8 channel audio. This is the first time (after one week of rehearsal on ‘auto’ ) it did this .

I am afraid as long as it happens only sporadically it will be impossible to find out why. But to make sure, please send me your logfiles via Settings > Create support email and tell me exactly at what date and time the freeze happened. Maybe can see something in the logs. But only the last 3 days are stored in the logs, so you would need to send it today.

peter unfortunately I use gmail and Stagetraxx support won’t attach itself to my gmail address. ‘Check email configuration and try again’ is the message I received within ST3
