  • ST3 (iPad) Bluetooth Main MIDI Command Center

Hello, my Pedalboard works perfectly with wired MIDI.
HX Effect ( Wah, Comp,Dist) >> Send>> HX Stomp(Amp)>>Return>>HX Effect (Chorus,Delay,Reverb)..
Helix Effect MIDI OUT is connected to Helix Stomp MIDI IN.

I now wanted to try the ST3 (iPad) sends MIDI command via Bluetooth MIDI to Helix Effect.
HX Effect only has MIDI IN free because MIDI out is already connected to MIDI IN on HX Stomp.

Which Bluetooth transmitter-receiver do I need that ST3 controls Helix Effect with Bluetooth MIDI. HX Effect should continue to control HX Stomp via MIDI cable.

ST3 is currently connected to AirTurn BT500S-2, easy start/stop control.

You will need to find a bluetooth midi plug that is not powered by the midi out port. I'm not aware of any that fit this requirement.

mirun I have a device that only has midi in and you need the CME widi Jack with DIN 5 midi cable (as it does have other cabled options available) which can be powered by usb c.

Is this adapter possible a solution?
For example, if ST3 sends commands to WIDI Thru6, then only with cable connect WIDI and MIDI IN of HX Effect??

What kind of device exactly is it? Can you show me a photo?

Just one more question. How does iPad react to WIDI Jack app, what happens next with AirTurn BT500, can I continue to use it, or can I only use Widi Jack Bluetooth? Thanks for the answer.

mirun I’m not sure what you mean by how it reacts to the widi Jack app?
Yes you can continue to use the pedal with stage Traxx as I assume ST will be sending your messages to your stomp and hx effects.
