I was hoping that the issues were resolved but they’re not. I’m finding that version 3.6.7 wont load full back ups made from 3.7.5.

To be fair, my problems started last week with google and apple messing with my photo storage, I’m wondering do I need to factory reset both devices

    Kevtyler try downloading the files to your hard drive, then try to install the backups.
    Never do a full backup directly from icloud.

      Backup files are not downward compatible. Only upward compatible. You can restore a backup made in version 3.6 on version 3.8 but not the other way around.

        If you look at the files, they are greyed out, and can’t be downloaded.

          They are greyed out because it says "Download error". That has nothing to do with Stage Traxx.

          There’s definitely something not right with the greyed out files, but regardless of that I can’t use them on my old pad, I’m not sure what download error means, my new pad sees them as normal

          Well, you might try to load a newer backup in an older version. Some changes in newer version will be ignored. But some might break the import. But keep in mind that when you then create a backup in the old version, you will lose data that is only available on the new version (like for example the metronome settings in version 3.8).

            I’m going to try a new back up on old pad, I’ve just done a factory reset and my cloud files look ok now

            Well there’s a big problem with this pad guys, “ on my pad “ is missing from files.

            Kevtyler have you tried a desktop computer to download the files from iCloud, than copy across to iPad? Hopefully the full backups are not corrupted.

              The backups are fine,

              My pad is just acting crazy, one thing after another.

              Yesterday it’s apple google photo sharing, now it’s hiding huge menu elements.

              Tap on "Edit" in the sidebar and enable "On My iPad" again.

                This was the strange thing, that option in edit was missing too, it’s like there’s a 2 hour delay on cloud downloads.

                It’s appeared again that option, but I’m noticing that after I press on a file in cloud to add to my pad, it takes ages to appear in the menu.

                I have another iPad and iPhone on another account, they too are acting weird, I’m wondering is it an issue here in Spain with the local internet.
