  • IOS 15.7.9 iphone and Version 3.8 stagetraxx problem

Hello. I have an issue with the new version 3.8 on my iPhone 6 S Plus with IOS 15.7.9. Since I did the upgrade to the 3.8 cersion of stagetraxx, the music do not sound. Last thing I have done befor was upgrade the ISO from 15.4.1 to IOS 15.7.9. In fact the version 3.8 of stagetraxx work correctly on mi iPad Air 2 with IOS 15.4.1. Can anybody help on this? Thank you.

Please post screenshots of your audio routing settings and make sure your hardware device volume is up.

    CuevArt what are you plugging into?? Auticulares? What is that??
    Is that a soundcard? Mixer??

    Does your iPad plays it fine just through its own speakers?

      Search on google shows its Bluetooth something, headphones or dongle?

      The file you have opened is a lyrics only file. Can this be the problem?

        Sharonzaz that is because I am uson Headphones. But all the other sound app like Garageband or cubasis works just fine

          I’ve never seen this device name, and my money is that that’s your issue, one way or another

            Have you checked playlist volume and song volume? Does it work without headphones?

            Sharonzaz Auriculares is headphones in spanish so that is why it shows, beacue I am using headphones!!! Is not the problem because as a told before, el the other DAW apps works fine.

            The same problem happens to me. I have a multitrack songs in a playlist and sometimes when you press play it doesn't play. I have to restart the app then it works ok for a bit. I'm running I pad pro 2nd Gen iOS 17.03. Yes all volumes are up, happens when I use I pad speaker, headphones or usb sound card.

              Emptysounds Can you try to find out when exactly this happens? Maybe after the app was in the background? When it happens, go to Settings > Create support email. And comment in the email which song at which time did not play.

              Can't send a support email as the pop up window didn't let me edit anything other than the subject line, also no email address in the to or cc box

              What iOS version are you using? I get plenty of support emails that way and I don't see the issue on my devices.
