Lost Audio

Hi Peter, I was playing with my band mate during a proactive session. He was hosting and I joined. All was good. I airdropped him a new song with no issues. Then he lost audio on all files or songs. Went through all settings in his Stagetraxx but couldn’t find issues, exited the program, restarted the iPad with no luck. Any suggestions?

mwabuckeye are you using multitrack? Check you haven’t muted all tracks.

Do other apps output sound?

If yes, check playlist volume, queue volume and song volume.

All other apps output sound. All volumes are at correct positions for the songs.

Try to disconnect any audio cable or interface you might have connected. Also make sure the hardware volume is not muted with the volume buttons on your iPad.
