App won’t open

Click on Stage Trax app it flashes a black screen but does not open. HELP. I GIG WITH THIS APP ON MY IPAD.

Restart the iPad
Check the AppStore for updates
Update if necessary

Also check and see if your iPad may need updating,
If there is an iOS update,
Please do your own research as to whether other apps you may need are supported

For Example the native XR or MR mixer app does not work on the latest iOS

Thank you. I’ve done pretty much all the things you suggested. Still no luck.

Ok unfortunately that didn’t work, my next step would be as @Aeronk mentioned, try deleting the app, reinstalling it

Obviously having a backup file would be ideal
If you successfully reinstall the app and then choose restore backup from the settings, hopefully this will fix your issue

Maybe deleting and reinstalling the app will cure it, but, you will need to have made a backup first so you can restore all your files and settings on the reinstalled app.

If the app does not start, the only thing you can do is actually reinstall the app. But this means data loss if you did not create a backup file.

Do you know what you did before this problem occurred?
