Ralphm Hi everyone I have been trying to create a full backup of my stage Traxx but keep getting a messagge “Internal error Couldn’t communicate with a helper application “ Any advice? I have done a lot of work which I want to backup but struggling with this problem first time ever
amorph Ralphm Try saving to a different destination/directory. I had a similar issue and changing the target directory seems to have solved the issue.
peter This error usually comes when create a full backup and the last opened location was a cloud drive. Try to save a database only backup to the iPad first and then again with the full backup.
