Airturn not Select Song

I'm using AirTurn BT200|S-6 and I have a song that I us as an Interlude and is used often in my dance gigs. I originally programmed the Song Select Command in the song details and it worked fine, but now I can't get it to work. When I press the Learn button it does not recognize the command. I tried manually entering the command that it originally learned "PC10@1" but it still won't work. All the other buttons that I set in the Assign Actions Section work fine.

Seems like your AirTurn configuration changed and it is no longer sending PC10 on channel 1. Check the configuration in the Airturn app and make sure it is set up properly.

peter I really don't understand midi and therefore I don't know how to check the configuration. I tried to reset to factory settings but still Stage Traxx 3 does not recognize when I push the button I was using for the interlude song. It works fine in the remote control - assign actions section. Do I need to be in Mode 1 or is there something else I'm missing?

No, but songs can only be selected with either program change midi messages or song select midi messages. So if you want to use Airturn to do that your Airturn devices needs to be setup to send midi program change or song select messages. According to the manual mode 7 is the midi mode and then you need to setup the midi commands in the Airturn Manager app.
