peter It's not a folder. It is a database in iCloud. You can only delete it by going to your device settings -> iCloud -> Manage Account Storage.
jzavaletta ST3 beta has its own folder (on an iOS device) that it syncs with. I found this folder using the “Files” app. Once I understood that, sync was easy for me.

peter These are not iCloud folders as the headline clearly states "On My iPhone". These are local folders and as the beta version is a separate app it has its own documents folder.
jzavaletta peter sure they are local. But if they’re not iCloud then how do they sync across multiple devices? No idea 🤷🏻♂️
peter Syncing is implemented through an iCloud database. That database can not be accessed through iCloud Drive.
