With all audio files included?
Is there a way to share a multitrack song with someone?
There is: enter edit mode in the song list, select the song and tap on the share icon in the toolbar.
thx!
peter How does my guitar player restore that 1 song on his ipad?
You can for example Airdrop it to his iPad and when he accepts the file, he can choose to open it in Stage Traxx which will automatically add it to his songs.
Well, he's at his house...
If I save it to Dropbox, is that a good way to go?
When he selects "From local and cloud files" and browses to our dropbox folder, he can see the file but it's greyed out.

He needs to open the file in Dropbox and when it asks which app to open it with, select Stage Traxx.
peter I get it saved locally but when I select StageTraxx it says 0 songs have been imported.
That means he has already a song with the same artist and title in his library. ST3 will not import that file in that case to not overwrite anything in his library. So he should first delete that song, and then he can open that file.

I found out the hard way that if you share a multitrack file to someone that has never created a multi track on their device, there won’t be a Multi-Track Folder on their device, and so it appears to transfer okay, but won’t playback. I had the user create the folder, delete the failed file and re-import it, and then it works.
Ha, that's a very good find. I completely missed this bug. Will fix it in the next version.
