Schrolling freeze

Hi Peter,
I’ve been having a problem with my lyrics not schooling since I updated StageTraxx
I’ve tried a lot and eventually decided to delete stagetraxx and re-install.
The scroll still stops now and then.

Now I have deleted and re-installed,
The bar across the top which tells you what song is playing that also scrolls with what next has stopped.
It now only tells you what song is playing.
Can I get it back to how it used to be?

You mean playback is running (you can hear it) but you do not see any progress in the waveform view and the lyrics do not scroll? There must be something wrong with your audio file. Can you send it to support@stagetraxx.com?

peter the music always plays, the lyrics scroll most of the time.
The wave bar goes up, the timer counts.
Above the wave bar it tells you what song is playing (it used to tell you what was queued up also)

So, the next song info can be enabled in settings: https://stagetraxx.com/user-guide/settings/#show-next-song-title

Maybe a dumb question, but is autoscrolling enabled in settings?

peter yes Peter, otherwise they wouldn’t schroll at all

Then I need more information from you. Please post the lyrics with your timecode and describe exactly where the scrolling stops.

Hi Peter,
I’ve worked out that if the schrolling freezes then by touching the title bar which makes the lyrics disappear to the bottom bar, then touching the bottom bar to show the lyrics, they start to schroll.

This is really strange. I have absolutely no idea what might cause this issue. Especially since no one else seems to be affected.
