Airturn Bluetooth and new iPad Air 5

Hi Everyone,
Recently upgraded my iPad to Air 5 (was Air 2) and Stage Traxx works great but I need to connect my Airturn Duo BT200 footswitch - which works fine with my old iPad.
When I try to pair it to my new one the iPad tries for about 5 seconds but then says:
"Pairing took too long. Make sure BT200 v2.3.1 B031 is turned on, in range and ready to pair."
It is of course and I've tried loads of times but never seen the iPad timeout like this before.
I've tried Mode 1 which doesn't even register with the iPad but other modes do and each of them result in the above message.
Struggling to figure out if the prob is with iPad or Airturn but then I've used it on my old iPad so it must be the new one.
Apple are useless - get some overseas kid who merely provides a link to the Apple Support pages - all of which I've already been through.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this (and if so what's the fix) or if I'm missing something?

All sorted. My Airturn had to be reset (hold power button for 8 seconds). Then it worked!
Tried almost everything else

Yeah, unfortunately Airturn devices need to be reset when switching from one device to another. It would be great if they would remember multiple devices they have been connected to. That would really be a great addition.
