Hi Peter, the yellow colour on permanent loop is great idea if you have the button as an option on the selectable switches, i have already pointed out in STOP mode if you select a loop and engage the permanent loop and the button turns yellow if you use the loop selector button to choose another loop the permanent loop turns off the new loop is selected but the loop switch is still yellow, now i know you know this from previous notice but i found something else that could be improved.
If you have multiple loops and engage permanent loop on some of them just as one example then in stop mode drag the playhead around the song the yellow switch indicator should instantly follow wherever you are in a song position just like lyrics scroll in sync with playhead, the yellow button indicator should turn off as soon as you move off the looped area then turn on if you come across another looped area, this then follows operational logic.
At the moment the button remains yellow and will not follow your song position information and it only changes condition as you release the playhead.
It should sense where it is and know what the loop condition is at all times as the playhead button is scrolled, this then gives it true purpose and usefulness.
I know its a small thing but we are now in polish mode ST3 is a working beast that needs no more but fine tuning.
I am loving looping well done, i never thought it would turn out as good as it has, creating loops now is more enjoyable than time syncing lyrics.
Cheers Damir
