Edit Regions software crash

Hi Peter I’ve just created a new song containing an audio file created in Garage Band, mastered in Tw Recorder and imported into STAGETRAXX v 3.6. Every time I try to edit regions the software crashes. It seems-to be specific to this song as I can select other songs and there isn’t a problem. Do you receive the crash reports.

Ps I’ve just emailed you the problem file for investigation.

I didn't get an email and also see no crash report yet, but they can take a day or so to show up.

Nothing. Also nothing in the spam folder. Are you trying to send a large file?

Resent-file size 3mb

I can definitely receive much larger emails. But I still see no email and no crash report. Did you send it to support@stagetraxx.com?

peter sorry sent it to an out of date email address.! Have resent it again to hopefully the correct address this time

Nothing so far. No crash log and no email.

We found the issue. Somehow the file was missing a bit of data at the end. Version 3.6.1 will be more robust and not crash when dealing with damaged files.
