Exporting a Play list to another ipad

I read Peter's repy about creating a full back up then uploading to Drop Box but I cant see the Play list in the app that I want to export I can see a folder will a global list of all tracks - this is not helpful as I want to make sure I ahve transferred the whole list as is in case I make any errors. Help! thank

Pauline7799 you can’t export just one playlist, you can export just ones playlist TEXT LIST so you can see the order of the playlist but this is not an export of the actual playlist.
The Full backup is the only way to just make a FULL BACKUP nothing else is possible, everything is contained in this file and you can’t open it you can just restore it later and everything will return to the date you saved it any new songs from then on will be lost , so the idea is make a full backup more regularly to save songs/playlists you are not prepared to loose.
In a way it’s simple and good but it has its issues.

I'm sorry, I don't understand your problem. You don't see the backup file? Where? On the iPad you created it or on the iPad you try to restore it?

Damir Since version 3.5 you can export a playlist and restore it on another device. But only if the songs are already available on the other device. Version 3.6 will be able to export a playlist including all songs.

peter ok, I didn’t know that, but I rather save a full backup and restore on another device it’s safer and just as easy as transferring just one playlist and making my other devices different, I want all devices to be the same at all times for a number of reasons.
