Regarding Next Song in networked sessions: How about just moving it up under the player on the right hand side. By the time that top lyric is there you have already sung that line....

Hi Peter is there a way to combine the contents of several playlists into the queue? For example, say you have 3 playlists (1st spot, 2nd spot and 3rd spot) and want to combine all three lists into a single queue list, can this be performed at the playlist level and not having to select each song? I’ve looked at the user guide and doesn’t seem to be possible is this true? Regards Richard

Hi Peter I have followed the user guide instructions but am still unable to add the contents of 2 (or more) playlists together In the queue I.e. so that the queue lists the songs from both play lists. What am I doing wrong! I’ve tried double tapping, swiping and tapping, tapping the icon on rh of playlist etc. Every time, the last playlist overwrites the previous one in the queue. Is it possible to do what I’m trying to do?

Congratulations, you discovered a bug! Will fix this. The correct way would be to swipe the playlist to the right and tap on the blue icon.

This is quite possibly the release candidate. If no new issues are found, this version will be the final app store version 🙂

Added a check for available storage before creating a backup
Disable swipe through delete actions in table views to prevent accidental deletions
Fixed add playlist to queue action replacing the queue contents

Just did a test with the new version in a networked session environment. The scrolling on the client did not start at the same time... there was a lag of about 4 lines? This could be a problem when singing a duet? We have done a few gigs using last two betas but using lightning to VGA to drive external monitors. The scroll rate was set. Just tried a couple of songs and discovered this? Is this by design possibly due to the player bar on the main screen? if so.. need to adjust in the opposite direction.

Also, if you pause the host player and then restart, the client does not scroll unless you hit pause and play again. I am using double tap to pause... in case that has something to do with it?

And, adjusting the scroll rate does not seem to transmit to the client?

JDSMUSIC Did you timecode your lyrics? That's the only way to get consistent scrolling on different screen sizes.

Not time coded but using two exact size ipads. 9.7" in landscape mode.

Also, the countdown clock (remaining time in song) ARE in sync...

Thanks for the video but you see, the lyrics area is not the same size. The network client lyrics area is higher (there are more lines of lyrics visible) and therefore scrolling speeds differ on both devices. Your only option to have both devices completely in sync is to use timecode.

Is is supposed to adjust on the fly as we are playing? I have an iRig Blue Turn that I have been using to adjust scrolling rate real time.

What do you mean? The timecode? No, you don't need to. If every line has a time code the app will take care to display the current line in the center of the screen. See here: https://stagetraxx.com/user-guide/lyrics/

There is no way I am going to tackle adding timecode to 500 songs lyrics. What I mean is using the pedal on MY main screen set up as Increase Scroll Speed / Decrease Scroll Speed. Since I did not have enough room to import from my old ST2. Every song scroll speed defaults to 100. I set up the pedal and as we perform a song with ST3 I hit the button to adjust till it is good for us.
