Stage Traxx only supports a limited set of ChordPro syntax because it lacks lots of features ChrodPro has and on the other hand has lots of features that ChordPro does not have. They are not really compatible and I don't plan on implementing the full ChordPro feature set. I mean you can already convert ChordPro to PDF and use that in Stage Traxx if you need the full feature set. You did that already in your second screenshot.
What I could do however is to filter out unsupported Chordpro tags in the lyrics view. That would at least clean up the display a little bit.
