Hi Peter, i still believe my stomp 6 issues are with ST3 not with the foot pedal itself.
My first problem which others have confirmed they have the same problem is with switch 2 and 3 which i believe you have wrongly named the functions, the names need to be swapped and the functions need to be placed in their correct visual positions.
I have writen to airturn regarding this issue and they say there is no capability to change anything on the STOMP 6 so either they have completely stuffed up with their design , which i would find hard to believe as the task is fearly simple and i am sure they would have done plenty of testing before commiting to produce massive and expensive hardware, or the chances are you have got the two ports swapped. Simple test is to use another foot pedal with dedicated six switches that are numbered 1 to 6 and see if you get the same result i have , where the expected function on switch 2 is actually on switch 3 and vice versa, if youve done this test and can confirm its not an issue i will no longer mention this problem and will work around it.
The reason i dont have these isues with DIGIT 3 is because the switches are not numbered and i have complete freedom to put whatever wherever on this remote, it is great but my STOMP 6 has its limitation so the ports have to be perfectly setup in software.
My other issue is the damn search box in SONG that renders my remote useless its amazing how it works perfectly in playlist yet it shits itself in song i believe this is also bad programing of ST3 thats causing this glitch with my STOMP 6, this foot control was not cheap and i believe is not the cause of this problem its the way ST3 SONG section is designed thats causing my issues.I know you you will try to get to the root of the problem eventually but it is very diconserting having these foot pedal issues, the bluetooth system is not the most reliable as it is when its working but having these bugs on top really does not make me feel warm and fuzzy on stage.
