Move Selection switching

Hi Peter, when using Move Selection switching it would be really helpfull if you press and hold the switch the scrolling continues automatically. Otherwise you have to keep hitting 50 times or so before you get to the next song you want, this is innoficient.
I think the hold and auto scroll should also be applied to all other switching like volume and Speed set to a speed that suits the function.

That's not so easy to do on iOS. Buttons don't fire continuous events. I would need to implement a workaround. I will make a note but not sure when I will add that.
