Tracks start 2-3 seconds in while using Airturn

I have been using Stage Traxx 3 for quite a few months now to run backing tracks for our band. I use an Airturn BT-200 S-4 to control playback because I usually have a mandolin or guitar in my hand. The issue that I have been experiencing for a while now is when I get on stage and go to fire my first track, it starts like 2-3 seconds into the track. Since they are split tracks and we play the rest...it’s important for us to hear those first few seconds because it is usually a count in then someone has to do a kickoff lead part. Is there any solution to this problem?

Can you give more details?

Does it always happen on the same track? If yes, have you checked the start time in song details for that track?

Does it only happen when starting playback with the Airturn pedals or every time?

I started having the same issue 2 nights ago...been using ST3 with the Air Turn pedal for a long time with no issues...all of the sudden at a gig 2 nights ago, every song was starting 2-3 seconds late...I made no changes to start/stop times in the sings, did nothing as far as options in ST3, etc. It's very annoying with another gig coming up shortly.
Oh, and I stopped using Air Turn midway thru the set and started selecting songs on my iPad manually with the same problem, that is, songs starting 2-3 seconds into it.

rockbud no need to post the same thing 3 times. Have you accidentally moved the start delay in playback settings?
Are you up to date with iOS and ST?
Have you tried rebooting?

I had this issue when I at first connected the iPad to a Soundcraft mixer via usb. Changing to a usb-c to audio cable fixed the problem. Now I use BT to my A&H CQ18T mixer, works fantastic.
