2.10 Update

Hi everyone,

Firstly I’m shocked and disappointed to hear that Peter is considering giving up on the app in the near future although I can understand the reasons behind it.

Don’t know what I’ll do without it as I depend on it for a living.

Anyway my reason for this post is to say that I have yet to update to version 2.10. From previous experience with a previous update, I was afraid of messing up my current version which is very stable.

Is it safe now maybe to update or are there any current unresolved bugs with it?

Hi Thomas,

I consider 2.10 as a very stable version. There has already been a couple of minor updates for this version so I am not aware of any outstanding big issues.

You could create an iTunes backup of your iPad before updating. That way you could revert back if you experience any problems.

And please note that I guarantee that Stage Traxx will work with the coming iOS11 so you will be safe in using Stage Traxx for quite some time.

Sorry to hear you are not supporting any more
I've had great service from the app - I use it with bluetooth footpedal control for my sax backing tracks at my gigs
However, I just got a problem - my blueboard pedals stopped working with my ipad mini - but they still work with my big ipad
only difference I can see is that the big one is on ios 11. but the mini is still on 9.3.5 - and tells me that that is the latest version for it - no updates, it used to work - what is the problem???

Did you get in touch with IK multimedia? Maybe they can help.

I did not notice any issues with my blueboard in iOS 11. Everything is working as usual.
