hi, to test my mp3s I use a program on pc called mp3gain which analysis the tracks and gives you an idea of the overall loudness, and it can boost or cut the overall volume, it’s great, and also on the web, I use https://loudness.app/en which will analyse and give you a reading too, I aim to get all mine around -19/-20db, which works for me..
