Soundcraft UI24R issues

I assign the usb channels within the UI app for playback. The Stagetraxx app recognizes the UI but no audio is passing through. What am I doing wrong? I've tried this multiple times and can't get any positive results. I use the same usb cable iPad on a XR18 Behringer everything work great. I need the UI to work for me due to the extra channels available

It would help if you provided more and clearer detail. You should assume no-one knows anything about the Soundcraft UI24R when describing what you are doing. By leaving out all detail you are really relying on another ST4 user that has had experience with that specific mixer maybe knowing what you are talking about.

What "UI app" are you talking about?

What do you mean "recognizes the UI"?

Etc etc.
