In ST4 when I press midi learn the audio playback button is greyed out and it cannot be pressed to start the audio. I can only start the audio and then press midi learn. This can be problematic when recording midi DMX command that start immediately upon playback

In ST3 I had the ability to hit midi learn and then start the track. Is this something that can be enabled in ST4?

Hm, ST3 did not use a modal dialog for the learn popup. I will take a look at that in ST4.

4.0.7 is available in the App Store.
Peter normally posts the Release Notes (https://stagetraxx.com/docs/v4/release-notes/) only after the version is publicly visible in the App Store.

If you are saying it isn't fixed in 4.0.7 on macOS based on your testing (these things do happen on occassion), then please confirm.

AnthonyB Ya - I checked and .6 was only available yesterday on my Mac. I will wait for .7 to become available and that should fix it

It is working fine on macOS 26 with version 4.0.7.

peter Hi Peter, 4.0.7 is not available in the App Store on my Mac yet 4.0.6 was only available yesterday and I installed it so obviously the issue is still there. When I installed the new version yesterday and I thought is was .7 but I checked and that was not the case.

4.0.7 is available for Mac since yesterday. Maybe check again.

I don't think so. Search for the app in the AppStore, go to the product page and then tap on Update.

peter This worked - it wasn't showing up on the update page but when I went to the actual app I had the option to update

confirming that the midi learn is now working so thank you
