StageCue, support for static image files (JPG etc)?

Hi @peter
We have a show coming up at a venue that has image projection facilities around the stage. I would like to add some photos as backdrops to our gig there. In the past when we have done this we have used ProPresenter, which is a powerful but time-consuming beast of a program!
Will stage cue support static image files such as JPG or PNG or is it just video based?

You ought to be able to create a video that consist of a static image only.

Yeah but that’s a whole bunch of extra work converting when I already have all the images I need ready to go.
Plus all the extra files it generates
But thanks for the idea, if a new version doesn’t happen I could try it. May just have to stick with Pro Presenter for now. Uggh! Awful program 🙂

Don't worry. I am nearly finished with update 1.1 for Stage Cue. It will have that feature and should be available in 1-2 weeks.
