StageTraxx in a restart loop

I have used StageTraxx 4 in the past without issue. I am now not able to start the app on my Ipad.
When you select the Icon the app starts and immediately disappears. I have a Video but it is too large to attach, I will email it

Please let me know what to try and let me know if you need any further information.

Only immediate solution for this would be to delete and reinstall the app. Then restore your last backup file.
